Row of houses, now partly used as offices. Early C19. Brick in Flemish
bond with slate roof. Two storeys, nine bays. Windows sashed with glazing
bars and stone sills. Ground floor windows have stone lintels with false
stepped chamfered voussoirs. The second, fourth and eighth bays break forwards.
They have doorcases with engaged composite columns with acanthus necking, and
cornices with blocking course. The doors, reached by external stone steps,
have six flush panels, and the fanlights have iron glazing bars. In the
sixth bay is a carriage entrance which has an elliptical arch with chamfered
voussoirs and keystone. Chimneys on gables and to right of second, fourth
and seventh bays.
