Offices. Mid-C19. Painted stucco or artificial stone with slate roof.
Three storeys, two bays. C20 shop front on ground floor. First floor
windows have moulded sill band, and pilaster reveals supporting a hood
treated as an elaborately-moulded entablature. Second floor windows are
sashed with pilaster reveals and elaborate hoods. Below the dentilled cor-
nice is a band with moulded rosettes. Included for group value.
