Ryder's Green Locks (approx
170 m SE of Great Bridge Street)

Third lock of flight of eight on Walsall Canal. Completed 1786. Blue brick,
with sandstone kerbs to chambers now partly replaced by concrete. Single
gates. Cast iron sluice gear on each bank on the upstream side.
