Probably C17 and later, adjoining above and under same roof of pantiles.
Segmental headed casement dormers. Stucoo rusticated front. 2 near-flush
sash windows at 1st floor, and one 3-light ground floor. Small entrance,
left, with glazed upper half and fanlight. Wide C19 early shop front with
central entrance (Cosy Corner) and wood case with pilasters.
