II

Three integral cottages, one of which is now used as a Post Office. 1870's.
Brick with tiled gable roof. 1 1/2 storeys. Longitudinal range with cross wing
in asymmetrical elevation of Jacobean style. Round headed doorways. Flat
topped casements under segmental arches on ground and pointed arches on
first floor, containing diaper of glazed tiles in spandrels. Tall stepped
gable to cross wing, smaller gable above roof line to right flanked by pair
of eaves dormers. Stepped gables to end walls with external stacks. 3
groups of ridge stacks with double shafts of moulded brick.
