6/17 Black Flint Farmhouse

16.7.58 II

Farmhouse. Late C18. Flint with gault brick dressings. Steeply pitched
roof covered with black glazed pantiles. Symmetrical 3 bay facade of 2
storeys with central door. C20 casement windows in original openings. Brick
dentiled eaves cornice and parapeted gables with brick tumbling. Internal
gable stacks at each end. The rear has later full length lean-to addition
with parapets at end walls displaying red brick tumbling and quoins. C20
flat roofed dormer in rear roof slope.
