6/27 The Thatched Cottage

Cottage. Early C18 and later. Timber framed, plastered. Thatched roof.
3 cell plan with central stack and fireplace. Facade on street line with
modern doorway offset to right. 3 small windows to left. Double casement
in attic dormer under thatching. Strongly projecting eaves. Rear has
scattered fenestration comprising C20 windows in original openings. C20
doorway to west. House much altered in C20.
