Early C19.
Brick plinth and plastered clay lump walls with plain tiled roof. Two storeyed with entrance doorway in lea-to abutting north wall. One central 2-light casement window on ground floor is square headed with trefoil lights. Two identical symmetrically placed windows on first floor. Ridge chimney centrally placed.
