2/65 Water Mill Cottage


Water Mill, now residence. Late C18. Flint with gault brick dressings and
pantiled half hipped roof. Lobby entrance plan now altered. 2 storeys and
attic. Facade with central doorway and C20 gabled timber porch. Segmental
heads to casement windows left and right. Smaller first floor windows. Rear
has C20 brick lean-to additions and early C19 cast iron casement window on
first floor with glazing bars. Similar window to attic in north gable wall
above 2 storey pantiled lean-to extension. 2 attic lights of c. 1970's
at rear.
