6/35 Wensum House


House, late C18. Red brick, hipped slate roof. Two storeys. Sashes with
glazing bars, rubbed arches over openings. Facade of three bays, central
doorway with Doric door surround. Part-glazed six-panelled door, rectangular
fanlight with decorative glazing bars. Panelled reveal to doorway. Modillion
eaves course. Two chimney stacks. Catslide extension on west side. Range of
brick and pantile 1½ storey cottages at south west corner, much altered, at
south gable.
