The Old Bakehouse.


House, C18, of red brick with pantile roof. End of terrace, 'L'-shaped play
of 2 storeys and attics. Street facade, 2 windows, with sash windows with
glazing bars, segmental brick arches and shutters at ground floor, and sashes
with glazing bars and timber lintels at first floor. Top 7 brick courses
corbelled out to wide timber eaves. Parapet gable with exterior stack to
east. South wing, east face, 4 windows. 4 half glazed doors with gable
porches on curved brackets. Scattered fenestration including 3 sash windows
with glazing bars. First floor door at south end. Storey height shallow
brick pilaster. Brick dentil eaves. Wedge dormer with glazing bars. Internal
stack and axial stack at'south hip. Included for group value.
