TG 02 SE REEPHAM DEREHAM ROAD

3/68 Pettywell Farm House.

GV II

Farmhouse of red brick and smut pantiles built in the early C18, of 2 storeys
with additional wing to the north of probably 1773, and rear outshut. The
south west facade of 3 windows with shallow central buttress and corner
buttress to the right. Central half glazed door with C19 reeded pilasters
and consoles supporting a broken pediment. Sash windows (all 1983) in original
openings with segmental brick arches. North east elevation, 3 bays, 2 sash
window and one blank window, at first floor level with segmental brick arches,
Hipped roof to the south, parapet gables to west and north, the former with
brick tumbling in and dated 1773, the latter with blocked window. Central
axial stacks in each wing. Some C18 panelling.
