3/104 Oaks Farm House

GV II

Farm House, C17, colourwashed brickwork with black pantiled hipped roof.
'L'-shaped plan, two storeys, with C19, l½ storey slate roofed lean-to addition
to the south, and lower 2 storey gabled wing to the west. North elevation,
4 bays, with off centre late C19 brick porch, East elevation 2 bays of C18 and
C19 sash windows with glazing bars and segmental brick arches over ground floor
windows. Brick dentil eaves and string course at first floor level. Hipped
roofs to south and east, parapet gables to west, with internal stack on western+
moat gable. Chamfered hardwood mullioned window with intermediate iron bars in
western range. Chamfered and ogee and nicked stops on first floor transverse
beams. Part of C17 rail and muntin screen in first floor bathroom.
