House to the east.

GV II

Terraced shop and house, the shop now an office. Late C18, of red brick with
pantiled roof. 'L'-shaped plan of 2 storeys and attics. Facade of 4 bays,
with sash windows with glazing bars and flat brick arches. C19 double shop
front to west with central half glazed door with glazing bars. Shop window
with semi-circular traceried heads and glazing bars. To the east of the shop
front, half glazed door with modern fanlight, timber doorcase and projecting
cornice. Sash window with glazing bar with segmental brick arch on ground
floor. One first floor bay, over shop front, blank. Hipped roof with end
stack. Rear range, 2 storeys, with 4 panel door and casement windows under
segmental brick arches. Axial chimney stack. Included for group value.
