GV II

House and shop, early C18, of rendered brickwork with black pantiled roof.
2 storeys and attics with rear lean-to. 4 window facade, with sash windows
to first floor. C19 double shop front to left with central half glazed doors
and fanlight. Windows with glazing bars and semi-circular traceried heads.
Central door with half glazed door with consoles supporting projecting cornice.
Curved parapet gable to north with brick kneelers and oval windows to attic
storey. To south, parapet gable, with string course at attic floor level
and end stacks. 2, C20 segmental head dormers. At the rear internal gable
with central external chimney. Stopped and chamfered principal first floor
beams.
