Former Lodge to the Ollands Country House, now demolished. C19, red brick
with black pantiled roof. 1½ storeys with eastern lean-to, and C20 western
staircase extension. Stepped gables to north and south, and paired to west.
3 light casement windows with Gothic tracery and gauged brick, splayed flat
arches. Lean-to with C20 steel casements and timber entrance door with pentice
board on brackets and fanlight above. 4 moulded brick octagonal shafts on
central axial stack. Internal stack to east. Attached boundary wall to west
with 2 centred arch and timber door with 'Y' tracery.
