House. 1867. Brick with black glazed pantiled roof. 2 storeys on plinth.
Ground floor has 4 openings : doorway to yard, window, entrance door, window.
All have pointed segmental arches of burnt and red brick, those to windows
higher as relieving arch over flat brick lintel. Windows 2-light and transomed.
Flush string course below 2 first floor cross casements. Saw-tooth eaves
cornice. Gabled roof with slight parapet on kneelers. Stack to right. 2
storey cross wing at rear with similar windows. Pitched roof at first floor
level forms open outshut. Included for group value.
