Farmhouse. C16 and C17 plan reconstructed in C18 and C19.
Rendered clay lump and half timbered with black glazed pantiled and corrugated tile roof. Originally through passage, single pile plan. 2 storey range to right early C18. C20 entrance porch with 2 casements to right. 2 C19 cross mullioned timber casements to first floor under segmental arches. Gabled roof with 4 random stacks. Timber framed north gable. Left of porch mid C19 extension in gault brick. Bay window below and cross casement above. Gabled porch to left leads to single storey service wing. Rear has central door and scattered fenestration. Half timbered below eaves. C20 rebuilt south gable wall.
Interior has remains of timber entrance architrave : braced 4 centred arch of C16. Spine beam with chamfer and wave stops to ground floor C18. Roof with 2 staggered butt purlins enclosed by later C19 roof with tie beams and collars.
