4/44 Broomhill Farm House

Farmhouse. C17 plan now entirely late C19 and later. Rendered brick and clay
lump with tiled gabled roofs. T plan. 2 storey and attic. Gabled entrance
porch with 2-light brick cross mullioned casement above under hood. Projecting
gabled bays left and right through 2 storeys with pedimented 3-light brick
casements. Similar windows to left and right returns with attic windows under
gables. Outshut to south. South facade with various hooded and pedimented
windows. Outshut to rear. One double and one triple shafted stacks of foiled
section with star caps possibly C17.
