Timber framed on flint plinth with rendered wattle and daub infill. Thatched gabled roof. Lobby entrance plan. One storey and dormer attic. Central door flanked by one 3-light vertically mullioned casement left and right. Eaves line dormer with sloping pantiled roof. Ridge stack over door.
Fireplace to each downstairs room. Wall studs with braces.
