House. c.1840. Brick faced with applied timber frame and clay panels. Plain
tiled roof. 2 storeys in Tudor style. Modified E plan. Cross wing to left.
Central 2 storey porch on square Ionic columns with 4-centred arch supporting
bressummer. Oriel window in upper floor with 3-light casement below gabled
roof with casped bargeboards. 1 subsidiary full height bay right and left,
also gabled, containing cross casements. Gabled roof. Gable of cross wing
with one 3-light cross casement to each floor. Cusped bargeboards. Timbering
abandoned at rear of house. Interior contains fireplace with decorated Ionic
pilasters flanking coffered fielded panels in overmantel, inscribed ANNO 1843.
Fireplace arch is 4-centred.
