Timber framed with wattle and daub panels, weatherboarding, corrugated iron and breeze block infill. Corrugated iron roof. Brick plinth.
Interior with wattle and daub partitions. Most of studding remains with bracing in interior. Roof of tie beams on arched braces, 2 tiers staggered butt purlins and collars.
