House. Mid C17. Colourwashed brick with pantiled roof. 2 storeys. Central
door behind mid C20 sloping porch. Windows with architrave and, on upper
floor, with aprons. Renewed cross casements. Sash window left of porch with
glazing bars and casement to right. Interrupted string course above ground
floor windows. Pilaster strips close facade carrying rounded capital heads.
Oval window to north. Bell based gabled roof with ridge stack over door.
Rear has porch with shaped gable of 1899. 2 casements to ground floor and
3 to first, all C19 under segmental heads. Early C20 extension to south.
North shaped gable with internal stack and 2 first floor and 2 attic oval
windows, the former keyed. Pilaster strips of facades return to close gable.
Interior partly timber framed. Dining room bridging beam and wall plate with
ogival mouldings and triple diamond stops. Joists have tongue and groove
stops and sunk quadrant mouldings.
