House. Late C16 but restored 1976-78. Timber frame with rendered wattle and daub infill. Pantiles to front roof slope, corrugated tiles to rear. Open hall house floored in C17. 2 storeys. Door right of centre adjacent to pair of casements. Further casement to left and 2 to first floor. All detailing dates from restoration. Gabled roof. Rear entirely 1970's with roof in continuous range with 2 houses to west.
All interior features removed except at first floor where evidence of open hall survives: heavy scantling studs and wall plate. Originally tie beam roof, the tie beams cut in C17 to facilitate insertion of doors to inserted upper floor of hall. Roof 1976-78.
