12/88 Kings Head Public House


Public house. Early C18 core, altered in C19 and C20. Timber framed with
roughcast brick facade. Pantiled roof. 2 storeys with square carriage
entrance to south. Door to right flanked by 1 C19 horned sashes left and
right and 3 to first floor. Further similar sash window over carriage
entrance. Overhanging eaves and bell based gabled roof. Ridge stack left of
centre and internal gable stack to right. Long rear range of kitchens and
service areas of 2 storeys below gabled roof. All windows C20. Most interior
framing covered or removed.
