Cottage. C16 and C17 restored 1980's.
Timber framed and wattle and daub interior skinned with rendered breeze blocks. 2 storeys. Door to left with 3 ground and 3 first floor C20 replacement mullioned windows under labelled hood moulds of 1983. Bell based roof gabled to west, hipped to east. Central ridge stack. Rear similar. East gable retains one original diamond mullioned window. Bay west of door entirely late C20.
Thin scantling, rebuilt and altered fireplace. Tension bracing at corners. Tie beam roof with queen struts, collars and clasped purlins.
