Farmhouse. Circa 1800.
Gault brick main wing, brick and flint service wing. Black pantile roofs. T plan. 2 storeys and 3 bay facade of sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches. Taller ground floor windows rise from ground level. Front door with glazed upper panel flanked by narrow margin lights and surmounted by a fine semicircular traceried fanlight. Porch with simple entablature and cornice supported by pilasters and former columns which have been replaced by simple metal supports. Stone platband and moulded brick cornice with dentils. Parapet and hipped roof.
Service wing to rear with 6 bays of sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches at first floor and modern replacements below with one surviving late C19 tripartite sash window.
