7/28 'Fourways'

Dwelling, possibly a former toll house. Early C19 with later extensions.
Flint with gault brick dressings to original block, red brick dressings
to early extension and colour-washed brick to C20 extensions. Black and
red pantiled roofs. Original cottage with long single storeyed extension
to side and C20 extensions to rear. Original cottage of 2 storeys and
3 bays of 2-centred openings with hood moulds. 2 blind windows at first
floor, other windows with 2-light Y-tracery. Central front door with
blind tracery. Masonry in bands of flint with single courses of brick.
Rusticated quoins. Extensions not of special interest.
