TF 92 NW COLKIRK SCHOOL ROAD
(south side)

1/26 Manor Farmhouse

House. Late C18main block with an earlier lower block to side. Brick with
black and red pantile roofs. 2 storeys with attic. Facade of 3 bays of
sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches with cambered soffits.
2-leaf front door with raised and fielded panels and simple doorcase with
panelled pilasters and pediment. Rusticated quoins, dentil cornice and
central axial. stack. Side block with simple partly rebuilt curved gable
and gable-end stack. Small blocked windows beside stack, tall plinth and
shallow' central niche in gable with semicircular head and projecting impost
and base blocks. Main block with continuous outshut and 2 dormers to rear.
Single storey gabled extension with decorative barge board to side block.
