Cottage. Early C18. Timber framed with rendered and colourwashed wattle and daub. Thatched roof. Lobby entrance plan. One storey and dormer attic. C20 door left of centre behind thatched porch, also C20. 3 partly leaded casements and small pantry window. Gabled roof with 3 plain tiled gabled dormers and C19 casements. Ridge stack over door and inner north gable stack.
Interior framing largely complete.
