House. C16 in 2 builds, north wing earlier. Timber framed with rendered wattle and daub infill and plain tiled roofs. H plan. Brick plinth. 2 storeys and attic. West front with central door and pedimented surround. Leaded side window, one leaded cross casement left and right in renewed timber frame and 2 leaded casements to first floor. Cross wings with similar cross casements, the south wing attic window blocked. House plastered with herring-bone panels. South and north wing broadly similar. The former with 2 ridge stacks and east gable of C18 brick with tumbling and parapet on kneelers.
Interior-framing complete. Chamfered and tongue stopped beams. Straight braces to first floor corner posts. North wing roof retains pair of Queen posts with arched braces to clasped purlins and collar. South range has C18 roof of staggered butt purlins and collars. South ground floor room panelled c.1800.
