Public House. Early C18. Colourwashed brick with roof of black glazed
pantiles. 2 storeys and dormer attic in 2 distinct ranges. Depressed arch
over carriage entrance left below casement window. Further casements each
storey of facade, all C19; to left the storeys divided by flat brick string
course. Door to left of sign post and further doors to right. Hipped roof
containing 2 gabled dormers. Ridge stack over central door. Interior has open
brick fireplace with bressummer. remains of exterior studwork at rear.
