House. c.1830-40. Roughcast render over clay lump and brick; gabled slate roof with bargeboards: brick end stack; 2-unit plan with central staircase and rear outshut. 2 storeys: symmetrical 3-window range. 6-panelled door set in reeded architrave with pilasters and flat hood. 16-pane sashes set in square-headed wood architraves.
