Former rectory. Circa 1840.
Brick with slate roofs. Roughly square in plan. 2 storeys. 3 bays to each of 3 facades. Sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches and with stucco aprons. Moulded wooden cornices and plain stucco platbands. Entrance and courtyard facades have advanced pedimented centre bays and plain paired giant pilasters. Slightly advanced entrance aedicule consisting of a pair of stucco Roman Doric pilasters supporting a plain entablature. Garden facade with narrow central bay defined by a pair of pilasters. Shallow semicircular headed niche at ground floor level with a projecting polygonal statue pedestal. The side bays have rectangular bay windows with paired stucco pilasters flanking French windows with margin glazing in upper lights. Sash windows with glazing bars to upper storey.
