Former shop, now restaurant and dwelling. C17, refashioned and extended
in C18 and later.
Fragmentary timber frame to rear wall of main block. Colourwashed brick facade and pantile roofs. 2 storeys and 4 bays of early C19. 2 and 3-light mullion and transom windows. One exceptionally wide boarded door to south end of facade, one part glazed panelled door beneath cambered arch to centre and early C19 shop front with central glazed door to northern end. Pair of 4-light shop windows with segmental heads and cusped fan spandrel motifs. North gable with tumbling-in. One off-centre axial stack and one northern gable-end stack. Various later lean-tos to rear.
Fine early C19 reeded fire surround with corner roundels. Several raised and fielded panelled doors.
