Row of 3 almshouses. Inscription above centre porch: "Erected by Rebecca Pearce endowed by William Pearce in 1838 for 3 poor aged couples.
Brick with slate roof. Gothic style. Single storeyed with 3 gabled porches with arched entrances. 6 3-light casement windows with cusped heads and rectangular hood moulds. Dentil cornices. Crow stepped gables and 2 stacks with paired angled shafts. Decorative slate roof. Flint and brick lean-to to rear.
