Farmhouse. Late C17, extended in the C18. Brick with pantile roofs. About
half of main block C17 extended in the C18 and a later single-storeyed
service wing to rear. 2 storeys. C17 part with 2 original 2-light mullion
and transom windows at first floor with metal casements and some leaded
glazing. C18 3-light mullion and transom window to ground floor beneath
a rough skewback arch. Blocked doorway. C 18 part with a similar 3-light
window to ground floor and 3 2-light mullion and transom windows with metal
casements and some leaded glazing to first floor. C19 panelled door and
gabled porch with shaped barge-board on a pair of simple posts. Norwich
Union insurance plaque No.10447. Entire roof probably C18. Rear wall with
2 original blocked single light casement windows at first floor level. Gable
end stacks. Single storeyed service extension with modern fenestration.
