Cottage. Late C16 and later. Rendered timber frame with concrete tile
roofs. 3-cell house with gable-end stack and opposed off-centre entrances
to vestigial screens passage. One and a half storeys. South facade with
modern fenestration and porch. Original stack to east, later stack to west.
Extensions to sides and rear not of special interest. Interior. 2-bay hall
with bridging joist supported on shaped brackets. Evidence for service
entrances and pantry/buttery partition to west. Original clasped purlin
roof with wind-bracing.
