The following building was de-listed on 19th August 2005.


1084/4/77 Ash Farmhouse

Derelict farmhouse. Late Medieval and later. Timber frame replaced with
early C18 chequer pattern brickwork. Thatched roof. One and a half
storeys. Facade with 2 doorways (one beneath a segmental arch) and heavy
chamfered linings re-used from timber frame. 2 3-light casement windows
beneath segmental arches and one 3-light window without. Initials I.S.
on north gable-end. Rear wall with one boarded door, 2 C19 windows and
one 2-light window with metal casement and heavy frame probably re-used
from timber frame. One sloping dormer to front and one off-centre axial
stack. Interior with one surviving late Medieval, smoke blackened, queen
post truss with braces to collar and purlins. Other trusses C17 and C18.
