Boat house. Late C19. Timber with decorative plain tile roof. 8 posts
supporting a pitched roof. Boarded sides and gables, the gables with collars
and pendant king posts. Decorative ridge tiles terminating in a pair of
expressive moulded brick dragons with outstretched wings. Included for group
value.
