Estate cottage, mid 19th century.
Flint with gault brick dressings; slate roof with gabled ends. Two storeys, T-shaped plan. Symmetrical facade of three bays; 3-light casement windows with glazing bars and four-centred arched heads in chamfered gault brick surrounds. Drip moulds over openings. Centre bay of brick with gabled porch with square corner piers surmounted by pinnacles. Doorway with four-centred arched head. Ground floor casements in gables with small brick-dressed niches at first floor and attic level. Two chimney stacks with twin octagonal shafts, moulded tops and bases.
