Estate Cottage. Late 19th/early 20th century, probably by RW Schultz. Flint
with red brick dressings. Steeply-pitched pantile roof, with hipped
projection to south. Two storeys, with 1½ storey wings. Symmetrical facade
to south. Central semi-circular 2-storey bay with three ground floor and
three first floor casements; ground floor casements with Gothick heads of
intersecting glazing bars hipped roof with deep soffit over bay. 1½ storey
side wings under roof slope with 2-light square headed ground floor casements.
Central square chimney stack on ridge line.
