Stone at 1st floor inscribed JW 1850, 2 storey, carstone with buff brick dressings. 2 near-flush frame sash windows at 1st floor with glazing bars and central painted dummy window. Central arched entrance with tympanum painted as radial bar fanlight. Pantile roof, hipped. Approximately square on plan, with east face to Windsor Street with wide boarded door with blank tympanum formerly painted as fanlight.
