Probably C18 altered. 2 storey, stucco, lined and painted. Slate roof, casement dormer. 3 flush frame sash windows, at 1st floor, with glazing bars. C19 altered wood shop front, left. Ground floor near- flush former sash window now with sheet glass, and entrance right with pediment and consoles. Altered door, glazed.
