House, now 2 cottages, of at least 2 builds. Late C16 or early C17, with datestone 1535 intruded. Rubble and knapped flint with brick dressings, red pantiled roof. Build to west with 2 ground and 2 first floor casements, build to east with single ground and first floor casements, all C19 2-light with vertical glazing bars. C20 door to west build, much brick dressing : east and west quoins; quoins marking abutment of 2 builds, with that to east brought forward, brick stitching to west build. 2 ground floor partly blocked brick dressed rectangular windows and 2 corresponding eaves level long and low windows to centre and east build. Brick dressings to all windows and door. Sundial with date 1535 to first floor of west build. Brick coped parapet gables, steeply pitched roof, stacks to west end and former west end of east build.
