Range of 5 cottages, originally barns. 2 or perhaps 3 builds, C17 and C18 with C19 details. Largely carstone to west, chalk lump to east, brick dressings, slated and pantiled roofs. 2 storeys. No. 1 at west ground floor door and ground and first floor 2-light casement. West gable return brick rubble, knapped and galleted coursed flint with carstone chequer work, filled in brick ventilation holes and heightened gable. No. 2 and 3 with 4 ground floor openings, one brick arched C20 door, one C20 casement to No. 2, C19 2-light casement to No. 3. Single first floor 2-light casements to both. No. 2 has brick and pantiled lean-to at right angles, C20 porch in temporary materials. Brick coped parapet ridge and stack on party wall with No. 1. 3 cottages to east of one or perhaps 2 builds as a barn. No. 4 and No. 5 one ground-floor 2-light casement, C19 door with 2 glazed lights, single first floor casement. No. 5 built into former brick dressed cart entrance, now infilled with carstone. No. 6 to east 2 arched headed ground floor openings, central C20 glazed door, 2 first floor 2-light casements. No. 4 - 6 steeply pitched pantiled roof with 3 stacks and coped brick east parapet.
