Cottages. Datestone HS 1818 (Henry Styleman of Hunstanton Hall?). Coursed rubble carstone, red pantiled roof. Row of 2 storey cottages with 4 ground floor 3-light casements with vertical glazing bar. 4 C20 part glazed doors. All ground floor openings under carstone relieving arches, except for window of No. 37 to east. 4 first floor 2-light casements with single vertical glazing bar. Datestone in centre at eaves level.
These form the north range of court of coastguard cottages, attached by wall to west with Nos. 36-40 Sea Lane (east).
