Cottage, to west of Stable Court. Late C19, perhaps 1873. Random coursed, shaped carstone, tiled roof, brick dressings. 2 storeys, 'L' plan. Front gable with arched headed ground floor 3-light and first floor 2-light sashes. Brick dressed verge and apex to gable. Porch in angle, 2 brick stacks.
