Pair of early C19 cottages. Coursed pebble flint with brick dressings, pantiled roofs. One 3 bay 2 storey cottage to east (Eaton Cottage ) and 2 bay 2 storey cottage to west. Eaton Cottage with 2 ground and 2 first floor sashes with glazing bars, brick dressed openings, ground floor with brick flat arches. Central 4 panel door, 2 upper panels raised and fielded, set in reveals with simple wooden architrave frame, exposed brick relieving arch above. 4 first floor level purlin iron heads, central illegible datestone plaque. Brick quoins and dentil eaves cornice, one east and one party wall brick stack. Cottage to west with one ground and 2 first floor sashes with glazing bars, brick dressings and brick flat arch to ground floor window. 4 panel door, 2 upper panels glazed, reveals and simple wooden architrave surround.
