Farmhouse. First half of C17. Coursed carstone rubble with galletting and brick dressings; red pantiled roof. 2 storeys, 3 window facade. Ground floor at south 2 C18 brick dressed window surrounds under flat rubbed brick arches, now blocked. One chamfered brick dressed C17 long and low window with drip mould head blocked, with C20 metal framed window inserted. To north one blocked C17 long and low window with chamfered brick dressings and drip mould. Off-centre 6 panel raised and fielded door, 4 upper panels glazed, inserted within chamfered brick surround with drip mould head. First floor 2 long and low windows with chamfered brick reveals and drip moulds, with inserted C18 3-light wooden framed casements with square lead glazing bars. Brick quoins, later brick heightening courses at eaves, one axial and one north end gable stack, C20. South gable has blocked chamfered brick dressed and drip-mould headed long and low windows to first floor and attic. North gable has single attic 2-light C18 casement, 2 storey carstone and pantiled additional wing on ground floor.
